Amazing experience!

We have been here three times now over the space of three years and each time there was something new to discover. Personally I am afraid of heights so doing this was a real challenge for me. I went with five children/teens and everyone enjoyed their time, doing the piste that best suited their capabilities. We ended up doing all the Parcours I think, my eldest daughter even dared the black! It was great fun, we received good support from the team and ended up feeling accomplished and brave. I even observed them patiently talk the whiniest brattiest little girl out of a place she thought she was stuck in. I would definitely recommend this activity, even my 64-year-old mother enjoyed doing it :-)

Dizzyingly delightful

Chaumont, at 1022 meters elevation, overlooks the entire Lac de Neuchâtel with an incredible panorama of the Alps in the background. Accessible via funicular or car, the adventure park offers a panoply of zip lines and rope courses for all ages 4 and up. Our 7-year-old found the easiest course quite sufficiently challenging, and the more advanced set-ups looked capable of inducing shivers in even the bravest would-be mountaineers! Under new management for the past year, Parc Aventure is opening a new, hardcore zip line in a couple of weeks, and also features a downhill mountain bike trail, a panoramic overlook tower built over a century ago, and facilities for birthday parties and other group activities. Worth the detour for the view and challenge courses!

Beautiful views and relaxing excursion

We took the funicular from Hauterive which is a great way to get up the mountain, very impressive in terms of how steep it goes up! (You can also drive up by car.) On top, you'll find children's playground (for smaller ones up to app 6 yo) and tree climbing activities (for bigger ones from 4 yo). There is a viewing tower for CHF 1.- per person which gives you even more amazing views of the 3 lakes. Make sure to check the time table for the funicular.
